Less is Definitely More
The focus is put onto each night's event or festival info without distraction when scrolling, even though the festival site is a single page. Each individual view locks into place, while the sidebar stays pinned on the right side of the browser. The sidebar background displays a stylized image of a featured artist from each night, while the main background highlights each night's unique artwork.
Global Template, Local Vibe
The site was designed as a standardized template for marketing and selling tickets to 3 Days weekender festivals around the world, while giving local artists from each market a canvas to create eye-catching artwork that communicates the unique vibe of each city's music scene and resonates with local music fans.
Supporting Local Music Scenes
Red Bull Sound Select artists hand-selected from the local markets were on the bill each night, and highlighted with a professionally shot photo used as a background on the right sidebar of the site for each night on the schedule.
